Absolutely stunning vintage Mihitabel 60s blue and white tie dye romper with hand painted cranes. Mihitabel was a shop on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles that specialized in tie dye clothing. Owner Carolyn Lee and her husband Alex, keyboard player for Sweetwater, unfortunately had to close the shop in the early 70’s due to illness. This stuff has been in storage until 2022. Tagged a 36, fits a Small. 100% cotton, lots of stretch. Good vintage condition, light discoloration around the neck and some small stains throughout. The level of craftsmanship and time that went into this one is insane; gorgeous gradient dye with the most beautiful hand painted design!
